Yes, our products are suitable for puppies from the age of 8 weeks. If in doubt, we recommend testing a small area first.

Yes. Our products are designed to be used together. For example, you can clean the paws with Clean Paws, then apply the Soothing Gel, and use the breath spray and perfume on the same day.

Clean Paws: after every walk

Soothing Gel: 1 to 2 times daily, depending on dryness

Fresh Breath Spray: once a day

White Tea Perfume: whenever your dog’s coat needs a refresh

No. All of our products are made to be subtle and well-tolerated by dogs. The White Tea fragrance is light, fresh, and clean — leaving only a soft, natural scent.

Yes. As stated on our labels:

– For external use only

– Do not apply in eyes, ears, or inside the mouth (except for the Fresh Breath Spray, which is made to be sprayed directly in the mouth)

– If redness or irritation occurs, stop use and consult a veterinarian

– Keep out of reach of children

Ingredients & Formulation

No. We do not use alcohol, harsh essential oils, or heavy synthetic perfumes. Our formulas are gentle, effective, and respectful of your dog’s skin.

Yes. We carefully select ingredients known for their high tolerance. If your dog has especially sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing first.

Yes. Our formulas were developed with input from veterinary dermatologists and approved for their safety, tolerance, and performance — even on sensitive dogs.

Never in labs. Our products are only tested in real-life conditions with the consent of volunteer dog owners.

It depends on frequency of use. On average, for a medium-sized dog:

– 100 ml Clean Paws: about 1 month

– 40 ml Soothing Gel: 1 to 2 months

– 100 ml Breath Spray or Perfume: 1 to 3 months

How should I store the products?

Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Make sure the cap is closed properly after use.
