SHIPPING POLICY – SNOUT & CO (Canada / Québec)
1. Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Snout & Co website and delivered within Canada.
2. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Cut-off Time: To ship the same day, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will begin processing the next business day.

All rates are in Canadian dollars and include handling fees.
4. Carriers
We ship via Canada Post and select trusted couriers. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
5. Delivery

Tracking: Use the link sent to your email to track your package in real time.

Delivery Attempts: Carriers make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to the shipper. You will be responsible for any re-delivery or return shipping charges if you choose to have it re-sent.

PO Boxes & Remote Addresses: Standard shipping applies. Transit times may be slightly longer for very remote or rural locations.
6. Order Issues & Delays

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If tracking shows a delivery issue or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@snoutnco.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

Carrier Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to weather, high volume, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Snout & Co ships only within Canada. We do not offer international shipping.
