Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – SNOUT & CO (Canada / Québec)


1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed on the Snout & Co website and delivered within Canada, in accordance with Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act (R.S.Q., c. P-40.1).


2. Right of Withdrawal
You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, at no cost and without providing a reason.


3. Covered Products
This policy covers all Snout & Co grooming and wellness products:

  • Dog Perfume

  • Clean Paws Cleansing Foam

  • Nose & Paws Soothing Gel

  • Freshener Breath Spray

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, any product whose seal or original packaging has been opened cannot be returned.


4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be:

  • Unused, unopened, with all original labels intact and in their original packaging;

  • Returned with the proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).


5. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

  1. Notify Us
    Email us at hello@snoutnco.com within 14 days of receipt, specifying:

    • Your full name and address

    • Your order number

    • The product(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for withdrawal

  2. Return Shipment
    Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label and the return address.

Important: Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.


6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged in transit:

  1. Inspect the package and product immediately upon receipt.

  2. Contact Us within 48 hours at hello@snoutnco.com, including:

    • A photo of the damaged outer packaging

    • A photo of the damaged product

    • A brief description of the issue

After validation, we will send you return instructions at no cost. Upon receipt and inspection, you may choose:

  • Replacement of the item (priority shipping)

  • Full refund, including original shipping fees


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer’s responsibility, except when the return is due to a defective product, shipping error, or transport damage—Snout & Co will cover return shipping costs in those cases.


8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at hello@snoutnco.com.


9. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item following the above procedure and place a new order for the desired product.


10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are never eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale (discounted) items

  • Perishable goods or items with a near expiration date

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
